Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued for withdrawal from courses only upon receipt of a written request at least two days prior to the first day of class. When withdrawing from a trip we must receive your request five business days in advance. The Arboretum reserves the right to cancel any program if necessary. In the case of cancellation by the Arboretum, all fees will be refundable. Refunds take approximately 3-4 weeks to process. There will be no refunds after a class begins.
