Don’t miss this weekend of autumn fun that has become an annual tradition for many families.
Special guests from the Elmwood Park Zoo will be visiting us from 12:00 - 3:00pm both days.
The ColonialLUG (LEGO® User Group) will be coming to Fall Festival from 12:00 - 3:00pm both days to facilitate the building of a large LEGO® version of Philadelphia's LOVE sculpture. Under the direction of ColonialLUG members, children will assemble bricks to contribute a piece of the sculpture. Stick around and watch it grow! The LOVE sculpture will be disassembled at day’s end on Saturday for a fresh start on Sunday. There will also be a table with a variety of bricks for free play.
On display Tuesday, October 6 - Sunday, October 25. More than 30 scarecrows will be on display for three weeks along Oak Allée. Come vote for your favorite in the “Famous Art & Artists” theme to determine which ‘crows will be the prize winners! Learn More »
The lower portion of the Rose Garden will be closed due to renovations to the turf after a long, hot, dry summer with record attendance. The top gate will be open to allow for visual access, just not foot traffic. While we will hope to reopen quickly, some variables are unpredictable. We look forward to welcoming visitors back on our newly restored Rose Garden turf soon.
Please note that weather conditions can change quickly, check back or call (215) 247-5777 before heading out for a visit.
Weather conditions may limit garden access to certain features even if the garden is open – please check the web site or call (215) 247-5777 for updates before visiting. Our visitors’ safety in the garden is our top priority. Therefore when inclement weather is predicted, we will make decisions about closing the garden accordingly.
