This outdoor gallery was named for local sculptor and Arboretum benefactor Madeleine K. Butcher. Inaugurated in 1986, the pieces in the permanent collection ("American Bull", "St. Francis", and "Inside Out") are supplemented by exhibitions that change periodically to feature the work of various sculptors.
