I renewed/joined online, now what?
If you would like to visit the Arboretum soon, please save your e-receipt and show it to the gate attendant until you receive your membership cards/materials. Your membership materials will arrive within 7-10 business days.
When is my membership valid until?
No matter when you join, your membership is valid for one year from that date forward.
Can I include my daughter/son, who is 18 years or older, as a secondary cardholder on my Dual or higher level membership?
Yes, of course, Dual memberships and higher levels include any two people, regardless of whether they live in the same household or not. All benefits are sent to the primary member’s address.
Can I apply paid admission to my membership if I decide to join by mail or online?
The admission paid by the persons included in the membership is only good if you join onsite the same day you paid admission at the gate.
Can I upgrade to another level to receive those benefits?
Yes, please do. Upgrading is an option up to two months prior to your renewal date and you will pay the difference of what you originally paid for your current membership level. Your membership expiration date will remain the same. If you wish to upgrade any time between two months or less, you will be asked to pay full price and renew at the upgraded level and receive full benefits of that level. Call us today to learn how at 215.247.5777 ext.151.
Should I list my child if he/she is under 3 years of age?
It is not necessary to list children on your membership if they are under 3 years of age. Please only list children who are between the ages of 3-18. Children 2 and under are admitted free of charge.
Can I add a child to my Individual, Dual or Far-Away Friend Membership?

I am tired of all the paper, can I become a paperless member?
Absolutely, we encourage our members to conserve our natural resources. We have created the Eco-Friendly Member option. Being an Eco-friendly member does not change your current membership level or benefits, this only relates to the way in which you receive notifications and mailings from the Arboretum.
Eco-friendly Members: Send us a quick email at members@morrisarboretum.org to tell us you’d like to become an eco-friendly member. If I forget my membership card on concert evenings, will I be able to gain free admission to the concert?
