Rental facilities are located in the Widener Visitor Center, a restored Victorian carriage house.

Our facility offers a variety of room combinations and set ups.

We can accommodate groups up to 65.

Quality audio-visual equipment is provided for your use. (LCD projector available for additional fee).

Food service is available for clients bringing 15 or more guests. Clients must choose one of our approved caterers, who are flexible, with every style of cuisine and price range available.
Hours of availability:
9 am - 4 pm Monday through Friday
6 pm - midnight, Monday through Thursday.

The McLean Room provides space for 15 people.
The Upper Gallery seats 80 people audience style, or 64 at rounds tables.
The Side Tent seats 50 people.
These rates are effective Monday through Friday only. There are five caterers from which you may choose at an additional cost for refreshments or meals. Click Here Prices are subject to change.
