Scarecrow Design Contest


Unleash your creativity and enter the Morris Arboretum's Second Annual Scarecrow Design Contest. All entries will be displayed on the Arboretum's Scarecrow Walk along the Oak Allée from October 3 through October 18. A grand prize will be awarded to the "People's Favorite Scarecrow."

Scarecrow frames, hay, burlap and twine are provided and available for pick up at the Arboretum on September 19 and 20. The contest is limited to 30 participants so get your registration in early, the spots are going fast.

Please note: All scarecrows will go home with their creators in time for Halloween.

All entries must be received by Wednesday, September 23.
