An arborist is an
individual who has been trained in the care of trees.
An arborist's education usually includes tree biology, tree
natural history, and tree structure, as well as contemporary
methods of planting, maintaining, and removing trees of
all types and sizes. Arborists are NOT necessarily
tree surgeons, although they often perform tree surgery.
Arborists ARE a good resource to consult when you have questions
about your tree(s). Arborists can help you take care
of your trees so that they can remain beautiful, healthy
and safe for generations to come.
