How To Get Your Rebate

• Purchase a qualifying Apple Computer and iPod on the same invoice between May 27 and September 8, 2009
• Go to Apple's Rebate Website and follow the instructions to create a printable rebate form
• Mail in the rebate form, a copy of your receipt, and both of the original UPC codes from both your Apple computer and iPod
• Address your rebate materials to:

Apple’s Promotional Terms:

• Only 1 claim per coupon
• Mac and iPod purchases must be on the same sales receipt
• Apple Authorized Campus Store customers must submit a copy of receipt and their original UPC labels for both the iPod and the Mac
• To ensure the rebate is processed, make sure your receipt shows the following information:
  • Name and complete address of The Penn Computer Connection
  • Date of the transaction including day, month, and year
  • Itemized description of all promotion-eligible Apple products purchased
  • Purchased amount (in US dollars) for each promotion-eligible Apple product
  • Mac & iPod purchases must be on the same receipt and dated between 5/27/09 and 9/8/09
• All claims must be submitted by 10/8/2009
