Adobe CLP Licensing Program Quote Request for Penn Departments

Departmental Customers: please use this form to request quotes for purchasing Adobe software through the CLP program.

Directions: Complete all fields below and submit your request for a quote. (Important — all fields are required, as we cannot process your order without the requested information.) Penn Computer Connection staff will then provide you with a quote containing detailed pricing information that you can use to create a purchase order or requisition form.

Use the quote information you receive to submit a purchase order or requisition to the Penn Computer Connection. Once your order is placed, the end user and/or contact listed on this form will be emailed directions from Adobe on obtaining license codes, and requested media will be shipped directly from Adobe's media fulfillment house to the address you supply.
