Room Assignments
On Campus Housing is available to full-time, registered undergraduate and graduate students.
Occupancy Dates
Housing agreements are for the entire occupancy period as defined by your occupancy dates. Many of our residences close over winter break.
Room Change Information
There are three room change periods: early fall semester, mid-year, and early spring semester. Changes are based on availability.
Rent Schedules
College Houses are billed rent each semester. Sansom Place residents are billed monthly. All charges and payments are processed through Student Financial Services.
Requesting Medical Accommodation
To request medical accommodation students must complete and submit the Request for Housing accommodation Form prior to the room assignment process. Requests are reviewed in consultation with Student Health Services.
Gender Neutral Housing
Students may apply for and be assigned to gender neutral housing, where room assignments will be made without regard to gender.
Study Abroad
Housing is available for students returning from Study Abroad. Those leaving housing to attend official study abroad programs must apply for early termination of the occupancy agreement in order to be released from their financial obligations.
