Residential Visitor Access Procedure for Move-In
Move-In is a busy time on campus. We experience high foot traffic in our on campus residences including additional visitors, family and friends.
The safety and security of our residents is our utmost priority. The residential access policy for on campus residences is as follows:
- Visitors must be with a resident and show a photo ID and visitor access pass to enter the building.
- ALL visitors MUST have an access pass and photo ID: family, friends, anyone assisting a resident move in.
- The resident is responsible for their visitor(s) and their actions while they are in the residence
- At NO time should a resident sign in a visitor or someone they do not know.
Access passes will be issued at various residential locations throughout move in. They will be issued in the presence of both the host resident and visitor; the visitor must produce a photo ID to receive the pass, and must also show both the pass and photo ID to enter the building with their host.
Please be patient while we accommodate so many visitors to the College Houses and Sansom Place, while keeping the safety of our residents intact.
