Spring Move-In Information
Students moving in for the Spring 2012 Semester may begin moving in on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 9am.
Keys and Check-In
Keys are available at your building Information Center, open 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Residents of Fisher Hassenfeld, Riepe and Ware College House in the University Quadrangle can check in and pick up their keys at the Quad Information Center at the Quad's 37th Street archway entrance.
Moving Carts
A limited amount of moving carts will be available for residents to borrow for one hour while moving in. It is suggested that you bring a hand truck or similar item to assist you in moving your belongings. If you borrow a cart, please be respectful of the needs of other residents by returning it on time. Charges will be assessed for carts returned late or not returned at all: $100 for cardboard carts and $300 for plastic carts.
Stouffer residents will need to go to Mayer Hall to borrow a cart.
Fisher Hassenfeld and Riepe residents will need to go to McClelland Hall in Ware College House to borrow a cart.

New Resident Access and Guest Access
If you are a new resident and do not yet have a PennCard, your room assignment and occupancy can be verified at the Information Center of your building. The Information Center staff will verify your access until you obtain a PennCard. PennCards can be obtained at the PennCard in the Franklin Building at 3451 Walnut St. Their hours are 9 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
Anyone who is not a resident of the building, or does not have a valid PennCard at the portal is considered a guest. Residents will be able to sign in guests at the Information Center, following established guest access procedures.
Guests must have a valid form of photo ID to be signed in and accompanied by a building resident host at all times. Guests should expect to present their ID for sign in and for physical verification upon each entry.
Residents are responsible for their guests at all times!
