Occupancy Dates 2011-2012
Occupancy Start/ Move-In Dates:
- Freshmen - Thursday, September 1, 2011 - 9AM
- Upperclass - Saturday, September 3, 2011- 9AM
- Sansom Place Graduate - Thursday, September 1, 2011 - 9AM
Transfer Students:
Your occupancy agreement officially begins on Thursday, September 1, but you may move-in as early as Sunday, August 28 and your rent will be prorated for those additional days
Fall Break
Fall Break - October 8-11
Winter Break:
Please note that all residences EXCEPT Harnwell College House, Harrison College House, Rodin College House, Sansom Place East, and Sansom Place West are closed during Winter Break. Residents in closed College Houses must vacate their rooms by noon on Thursday, December 22, 2011 and may return to their rooms on Saturday, January 7, 2012 beginning at 9am. During this time period, residents of closed College Houses will not be permitted to enter their residence for any reason.
Spring Break
March 3-11

- Sansom Place West and East Undergraduates - Wednesday, May 9, 2012 - 5pm
- Sansom Place West Graduates- Thursday, May 31, 2012 - 12 NOON
- Sansom Place East Graduates- Saturday, June 30, 2012- 12 NOON
