Mid-Year Room Change Information

Process:
Students interested in trading rooms, moving in with a friend who has a vacancy, or changing rooms should apply on these dates in the Assignments Office. Applications are also available at www.upenn.edu/housing/roomchange.pdf
You will be notified if a room is available on November 18 and you must accept the assignment by November 21.
Special Instructions for Mid Year Room Change
You must move all of your belongings out of your current room by December 22, noon and properly check out at your Information Center. Store belongings with a friend or take them home because another resident will be reassigned to your space. You may not pick up keys or move into your new room until January 7, 2012. The reason for this is that the current resident of that space has until December 22, noon, to leave. Additionally, it will be disruptive to any other roommates still studying for finals.
