Housing for Students in the College of Liberal and Professional Studies (LPS)
Full-time LPS students may apply for housing by completing and returning the housing application/occupancy agreement. This agreement is a legally binding contract for the full term of occupancy. Please read the cancellation policies before signing and returning to the Assignments Office (address listed on the application). You will receive a letter with your housing information once you are assigned a room. Information will also be posted on campusexpress.upenn.edu.
Prior to completing the application, please read the descriptions of each House and refer to the rent schedule for room types and rates. Be aware that all room type options may not be available because returning students have priority for rooms. It is recommended that you list a variety of room choices if living on campus is important to you. Older undergraduates may be considered for and placed in graduate housing depending on availability. You are advised to review the options available so that you select those that meet your housing needs (example: roommates, private vs. shared bedroom, cooking facilities, etc.)

Undergraduate and Graduate Residences:
Sansom Place West – floors 1-10: undergraduate
Sansom Place East and Sansom West floors 11-16: graduate students or undergraduates who may be closer in age and lifestyle to graduate students.
