Occupancy Dates for 2009-2010
Occupancy Start/ Move-In Dates:
- Freshmen - Thursday, September 3, 2009 - 9AM
- Upperclass - Saturday, September 5, 2009- 9 AM
- Sansom Place Undergrad and Graduate - Tuesday, September 1, 2009 - 9 AM
Transfer Students: Your occupancy agreement officially begins on Thursday, September 3, but you may move-in as early as Sunday, August 30 and your rent will be prorated for those additional days
Winter Break:
Please note that all residences EXCEPT Harnwell College House, Harrison College House, Rodin College House, Sansom Place East, and Sansom Place West are closed during Winter Break. Residents in closed College Houses must vacate their rooms by noon on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 and may return to their rooms on Saturday, January 9, 2010. During this time period, residents of closed College Houses will not be permitted to enter their residence for any reason.
End of Occupancy/Move-Out Dates:
- College Houses - Wednesday, May 12, 2010 - 5PM
- Sansom Place West Undergraduates - Wednesday, May 12, 2010 - 5PM
- Sansom Place West Graduates- Monday, May 31, 2010 - 12PM
- Sansom Place East - Saturday, July 31, 2010 - 12PM

- Upperclass - Saturday, August 30, 2008- 9 AM
- Sansom Place Undergrad and Graduate - Monday, September 1, 2008 - 9 AM
Winter Break:
Please note that all residences EXCEPT Harnwell College House, Harrison College House, Rodin College House, Sansom Place East, and Sansom Place West are closed during Winter Break. Residents in closed College Houses must vacate their rooms by noon on Thursday, December 18 and may return to their rooms on Saturday, January 10. During this time period, residents of closed College Houses will not be permitted to enter their residence for any reason.
