The University of Pennsylvania has a preferred express shipping contract with UPS,
the world’s largest package delivery company and leader in supply chain services.

Authorized Shippers who have been set up in the system hierarchy may click the
“Ship” link below to access the UPS Express Ship application to make shipping
arrangements and to print shipping labels directly from their desktops.

  • Questions about access privileges are to be directed to the School or
    Center senior business administrator.
  • Questions regarding system training are to be directed to Penn Mail Services
    at express-ship@upenn.edu.
  • A link to the UPS Express Ship Tutorial and the Quick Reference Guide
    are listed on the left side of this page.

Allocators and Administrators may click the “Log In” link below to access
the Express Ship Management System in order to authorize shippers, manage the
authorization hierarchy and reallocate charges online.

CampusShip Authorized Shippers who ship packages (domestic and international)
containing dry ice and/or biological substances, Category B and who have completed
the required Environmental Health and Radiation Safety training, may click on the

Process for requesting a pick-up of a UPS package

Do you ship UPS packages that are too large to fit into a drop-box? Or ship a package that is insured for a high value? If so, the process for requesting a pick-up of a UPS package has been changed. Now you no longer need to call the UPS 800# - You would simply send a request form to uofp@ups.com by no later than 2:30 PM.
