If you need a place to stay for several days, weeks, months or until you find the housing solution that seems right for you, we would like you to know that reasonably priced short-term housing options are in very short supply. Unless you are willing to stay in a student hostel or find a place at the International House Student Residence, you should probably expect to spend well over $1,200 for a monthly stay. For daily or weekly short term furnished accommodation you should plan to spend no less then $70 per night. Rental ranges between $575 - $750 per room per month exist, but they are in short supply. Unfurnished apartments are available for prices comparable to year-long lease prices. Landlords often require a minimum stay of three months. During the summer months, short-term accommodation at reasonable prices is available due to the large number of students who sublet their apartments.
