Obtaining a PennCard

PennCards are available to people with a variety of different roles within the University of Pennsylvania community, including students, faculty, staff, associates, guests, and alumni. Please review the appropriate category under "Procedures for obtaining PennCards" for details.

Getting the right form

The forms below are in Adobe Acrobate Reader (pdf) format. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, it is available for free from Adobe's web site.
