PennCash Account Features
With PennCash, purchases are deducted from your account and the remaining
balance is instantly displayed.
- You will be able to monitor your balance at anytime at any of the
17 Value Transfer Station (VTS) locations throughout campus or online.
- You (or your parents) are now able to add value online, or you can
visit a Value Transfer Station or The PennCard office to add value
to your account.
- Campus locations that presently accept PennCash as of July 2007:

PennCash - Getting Started
Anyone with an active PennCard has access to a PennCash debit account.
To activate your account you just need to add value.

Adding Value to Your PennCash Account
You can add value to your PennCash account in 3 easy ways:
- Online You can add value online using Visa, Mastercard, or
by charging to your Student Financial Services account (students only).
Please go to our PennCash Online Transactions
page to log on to your Penn Cash account.
- PennCard Center You can add value at the PennCard Center
using Visa, Mastercard, Check, or Cash.
- VTS - You can go to any of the Value Transfer Stations and
use cash to add value to your account. Please note that VTS machines
accept cash only and do not give change.
