Faculty / Staff Directory Order Forms
- Directory Liaisons are responsible for selecting records to be printed, which is at the department's discretion.
- Download the White Pages Instructions to help you complete this process.
- Directory Liaisons verify and, if necessary, edit listings online.
- Printouts of listings for the printed directory are not sent out for further verification.
To ensure delivery by early November, order forms must be submitted by September 1.
