2008-2009 Faculty-Staff Telephone Directory
The revision cycle for the 2008-2009 printed faculty/staff directory begins in June 2008.
Individual listings in the printed "white pages" will include the same information that is displayed in the Penn View in the Online Directory. Faculty and staff should log in and check their Penn View listing online at www.upenn.edu/directories, or at www.upenn.edu/u@penn, to make sure it is accurate.
Revisions to your Telephone Directory record may be made year-round and will be updated automatically in Penn's online directory, allowing the university community access to immediate and accurate information. In addition to the online updates, a comprehensive Telephone Directory revision is conducted each year by the Division of Business Services. Departments are contacted in June to submit revisions and to verify online updates made throughout the year.

New Staff
New staff members are encouraged to edit their on-line record after they have obtained a PennCard and PennKey and password.
Note: Directory Liaison Staff are responsible for setting faculty and staff print parameters on the individual record. Faculty and staff cannot enable themselves to print.
Ordering Faculty/Staff Directories
Copies of the Directory are distributed to departments each fall, usually one for every University telephone set in each department. Additional copies may be ordered at the cost of $5.00. To order throughout the year send email to fsdirectory@pobox.upenn.edu.
