Publication Services is the source for Penn’s communication needs. We provide publishing solutions to the Penn community through our graphic design, print procurement, and advertising services. We are also the official supplier of Penn-branded stationery items such as business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and memo pads.

Purchasing Power
The tremendous volume of pieces we print and advertise gives us a strong advantage in negotiating volume pricing with printers, paper distributors, and advertising venues. Publication Services is now under the umbrella of Penn’s Purchasing Services, a relationship that gives us extra advantage in the marketplace. In fact, this new partnership will transform our ability to make the publishing process easy to access and cost effective. We’ll be posting information about new opportunities and efficiencies regularly in our News and Resources section.

The Perfect Print Solution site provides all of the efficiency and convenience of on-line print buying with the high level of customer service you expect from your favorite local printer. Through our co- branded site, you can request estimates, place new orders, track job status and review order history. In addition we’ve negotiated discounted pricing. Penn Publication Services and Work Flow One have partnered to bring the University a preferred promotional products ordering site which features a wide range of University branded products at University negotiated pricing. South Street Bridge Closure between the fall of 2008 and fall of 2010
The closing of the Bridge for reconstruction will have a considerable impact on accessing the University and Health System, and potentially lead to increased traffic congestion on and around campus. A website has been developed (www.publicsafety.upenn.edu/ssbridge) which provides information about the project and includes recommended maps, routes and detours for those traveling to campus by automobile, as well as useful information on alternative modes of transportation.
