Can my PennPass be replaced if lost or stolen?
It is very important to keep your PennPass in a safe place. In order for SEPTA to limit the potential for fraud, PennPasses are not replaceable nor refundable.
|
| May I return my PennPass for a refund if I don't need it for the whole semester?
We are not able to provide total or partial refunds for PennPasses. We recommend that students purchase a PennPass when they expect to use SEPTA's services regularly.

| Program Requirements
