Penn Accessible Transit

PAT Penn Accessible Transit provides transportation within Penn Transit's service area for persons with disabilities.

PAT (rear view) Penn Transit operates three fully accessible "Handivan" vehicles. These vehicles provide dedicated service from 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday. Additional service is provided from 6pm to 3am every day of the week.

PAT (lift) Riders are restricted to 4 rides per day and the service is intended for essential transportation only. Permission from Penn's Office of Affirmative Action is required to use the Penn Accessible Transit service. You can contact the Office of Affirmative Action at 215-898-6993 (voice) or 215-898-7803 (TDD) during Penn's normal business hours.
