Subject: 2012 Holiday Staff Fund
I am asking you to participate in our long standing holiday tradition of contributing to the Holiday Staff Fund. It’s our way of saying thank you to the Hilton staff assigned to the University Club as cashiers, dining room attendants, buffet area and kitchen staff.
Please make your contribution by the deadline of December 17th, so we may distribute the funds to the staff prior to winter break. Make your check payable to: Inn at Penn/University Club. Please indicate on your check that it’s for the Staff Fund- UC at Penn.

Contributions to this fund are not tax-deductible.
