Residential Programs
Residential Programs are small communities within the College Houses organized around a particular theme. In most cases students live on a designated floor or cluster of rooms. Interested students must apply and be accepted by House staff.
Safety & Security
Housing Services works closely with Public Safety to keep the residents of the College Houses and Sansom Place safe.
Mail, Packages & Deliveries
Mail is delivered Monday through Saturday in the College Houses and Sansom Place. Please be sure to use the proper mailing address in order to expedite delivery.
Maintenance & Housekeeping
Residents are responsible for maintaining an acceptable level of cleanliness in their room or apartment. University housekeeping is provided 7 days/week (except holidays) in all public areas such as hallways, lounges, lobbies, shared bathrooms, and laundry rooms.
WiFi and Cable TV Services
AirPennNet is the university’s wireless network that provides students secure Internet access in campus buildings and residence halls. The Penn Video Network channel lineup provides Penn students with a wide range of cable TV options.
