Joe Russo

Senior Director, Business Services

As Senior Director, Business Services, Joe Russo is responsible for overseeing a large portfolio of essential services delivered to members of the Penn community: Penn Mail, Penn Transit, and Parking & Commuter Services. Under his leadership and oversight, he works with numerous internal and external stakeholders, among which include FRES (Facilities & Real Estate), DPS, (Division of Public Safety), SEPTA (Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority) and UCD (University City District).

Joe received his Master of Science degree from Shippensburg University and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at King’s College.
