Branding Guidelines

Information for Student Groups

Student organizations must be officially registered through the Office of Student Affairs. Registration provides access to University resources, including funding, and allows student groups to use the University's name as part of their organization's identity.  

As a registered group, student organizations will go through an annual approval process of their logo design. To encourage cohesive use of the Penn name, student groups should adhere to Student Brand Guidelines, including conventions for naming your student organization and creating an approved club logo.
